MARTA TSA Security Training

Project Background
This course was developed for approximately 1,500 MARTA security sensitive employees.  Development of this course required:
  • Collaboration with SME's and stakeholders to understand the objectives and desired outcome of the training.
  • Project management to ensure that the course was developed within the designated time frame.
  • A thorough understanding of Rise 360 and Canva to create videos and interactivity.

​This was a volunteer project completed for 21st Century Leaders, a non-profit organization that connects businesses and communities to transform Georgia youth into tomorrow's leaders.  Our organization was asked to develop a learning module centered around Risk Assessment for High School seniors as a part of their social enterprise and entrepreneurship program.  Development of this course required:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gain an understanding of the objectives and timeline:
  • Reviewing existing content on Risk Assessment that was provided and using that content to create the training module.
  • Researching to ensure a throrough understanding of the risk assessment process.
